Yanni V. Bousnakis, CFA

Yanni V. Bousnakis, CFA^® serves as Chief Product Officer at Realta Wealth. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s efforts to expand its wealth management capabilities, including its product strategies and investment advisory solutions. He reports directly to Realta’s Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Keefe.

Yanni brings 20-plus years of product strategy and front-line platform development expertise to his position. Prior to joining Realta, he served as SVP, Head Advisory Platforms & Investment Solutions at Kestra Financial, where he was responsible for creating and maintaining the strategic direction of the firm’s advisory platform and investment products. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Investment Solutions at Cetera Financial, where he led the design, development and management of the organization’s advisory platform. He has also served in leadership roles at First Allied Securities, LPL Financial and Scudder Investments.

In addition to holding his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst certification), Yanni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from The National Technical University of Athens, and obtained his MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Yanni also holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
