Emily Reitan

Emily Reitan serves as Chief Operating Officer at Realta Wealth, driving service
excellence, strategic growth, and operational innovation across the firm’s
advisor-facing platform. She brings more than 20 years of experience
spanning some of the most complex corners of the financial services industry,
including insurance, asset management, broker-dealer operations, and
wealth management.

Emily has served as CFO of a broker-dealer and RIA, Chief of Staff at the
nation’s largest fixed annuity provider, and a founding partner and managing
director of a $100 million corporate venture capital fund, where she helped
build a portfolio of 11 companies. She has also led work in 401(k) plans, RIA
solutions, and ETF strategies, and has served as interim and fractional COO for
multiple advisory firms.

At Realta, Emily focuses on equipping advisors with the operational resources,
technology, and partnership they need to grow. She is particularly passionate
about closing the retirement gap for Gen X and the aging workforce, working
to make financial security more accessible for those who need it most.
Emily holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from American
University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from
the University of Puget Sound. She also holds the FINRA Series 7 license.
