financial services. His background includes roles as a Policy Analyst at Chase,
Sales Manager at ING, Supervising Principal at Capital One Financial, and
Director of Operational Risk at Morgan Stanley.

Dan approaches supervision with the same discipline he brings to the rest of
his life. Outside the office, he trains in mixed martial arts, is active in his church
and community, and enjoys camping with his wife and three sons. He studied
at the University of London and was a stage actor in college
