Julie Houck

Julie serves as the Head of Human Resources at Realta Wealth. Julie manages all aspects of human resources, including employee development and engagement, Realta’s employee benefits programs, and organizational development.

Julie joined Realta in 2021 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to joining Coastal in 2021, Julie worked in retail management for 15 years, gaining extensive experience in managing large teams, employee development, and talent acquisition, with a focus on meeting business needs while improving the employee experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History and Human Resources Graduate Certificate from Wilmington University.
