Julie Houck

Julie Houck serves as Chief of Staff at Realta Wealth, supporting executive
leadership across strategic planning, business operations, and organizational
development. She joined Realta in 2021 as an executive assistant and has
grown with the firm, taking on increasing responsibility as the business has
scaled.

Before joining Realta, Julie built her leadership foundation in retail
management, including serving as General Manager for Fabletics and Eddie
Bauer, an experience that sharpened her ability to lead teams, manage
complex operations, and deliver results in fast-moving environments. She has
also served on the HR Council for FSI and on the Covered Advisor Advisory
Board.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and an MBA with a concentration in
Human Resources from Wilmington University. Outside the office, she enjoys
reading, video games, and spending time outdoors with her dog Marty.
